Media Literacy

My work in media literacy and digital skills includes developing an original animated series, Ruff Ruffman: Humble Media Genius for PBS KIDS. This project has seen over 150million video streams and has expanded to encompass digital games, content for parents and educators, a no-texting-and-driving campaign and live events. It also has a privacy curriculum designed in collaboration with the Berkman Klein Center for Internet and Society and NY Public Library.

I devised and produce a live-action series for PBS Kids, Search It Up and an internet safety program for adults for Tech Goes Home.

I developed scripts and live-action video for Minecraft Education's AI Foundations project, a media literacy initiative about artificial intelligence. It was recently featured in the New York Times.

I have presented this work across the US and colleges and conferences.
